Bandar Lampung (Lampost.co) – Dari 31 Puskesmas yang ada di Bandar Lampung, baru 5 Puskesmas yang telah menerapkan Water Access Sanitation, and Hygine in Health Care Facilities (Wash in HCF).
Plt Kadis Kesehatan Bandar Lampung, Desti Mega Putri menyampaikan, Wash in HCF adalah kelayakan akses air bersih, sanitasi, lingkungan yang bersih. Tujuannya untuk menciptakan fasilitas layanan yang inklusif.
Ia mengatakan, pihaknya telah menggandeng YKWS untuk melakukan scaling up kepada 26 puskesmas. Selanjutnya, mereka harus membuat perencanaan untuk mencapai Wash in HCF pada 2023.
"Ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas untuk diterapkan pada 2023 nanti, jadi mereka harus membuat perencanaan sebelum 2023," jelasnya usai kegiatan Scaling Up Wash in HCF di Hotel Grand Praba, Jumat, 28 Oktober 2022.
Desti Mega Putri menegaskan, perencanaan pengembangan Puskesmas harus ke arah Wash in HCF. Sebagai pendampingan, Dinas Kesehatan menggandeng YKWS untuk memberikan arahan.
Sementara itu, Direktur YKWS, Febrilia Ekawati mengungkapkan, pihaknya telah melakukan pendampingan pada 5 puskesmas hingga mencapai Wash in HCF. Selanjutnya, pihaknya tetap membuka kesempatan kepada semua Puskesmas jika butuh pendampingan.
YKWS berperan membantu pihak Puskesmas mengidentifikasi kebutuhan untuk mencapai lingkungan yang inklusif. Sebab, mandat pemerintah pusat adalah semua layanan pemerintahan harus inklusif.
"Kami terbuka dan siap jika teman-teman Puskesmas butuh pendampingan seperti 5 puskesmas yang sudah duluan," kata dia.
Untuk diketahui, 5 puskesmas yang memenuhi Wash in HCF adalah Puskesmas Pasar Ambon, Puskesmas Kedaton, Puskesmas Panjang, Puskesmas Kemiling, dan Puskesmas Kota Karang.
