Peluncuran Cegah Stunting Segera dalam acara Roadshow Pemulihan Ekonomi di lapangan Desa Cendana, Kecamatan Kutasari, Kabupaten Purbalingga, Senin (7/11/22).
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, PURBALINGGA–Puskesmas Kutasari, Kabupaten Purbalingga, meluncurkan inovasi ‘Ceting Sega’ atau Cegah Stunting Segera dalam upaya mencegah dan menurunkan angka stunting di kecamatan tersebut. Saat ini kasus stunting di Kecamatan Kutasari telah berhasil turun 40 persen.
Ceting Sega ini merupakan kebijakan Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) kepada beberapa kelompok umur, yakni 6 -8 bulan, 9 – 11 bulan, 12 – 23 bulan, 24 – 59 bulan, remaja dan ibu hamil.
“PMT ini kita berikan saat di Posyandu baik Posyandu Balita, Posyandu Ibu Hamil maupun Posyandu Remaja,” kata Kepala Puskesmas Kutasari, Dorys Day S, SKM MKes dalam acara Roadshow Pemulihan Ekonomi di lapangan Desa Cendana, Kecamatan Kutasari, Senin (7/11/2022).
Puskesmas Kutasari menyusun aneka resep PMT ini dengan bahan baku lokal dan mudah didapat namun bernutrisi tinggi. Di antaranya makanan yang berbahan dari ikan teri, telur, daun kelor, tahu, ikan lele, wortel, dan sebagainya disesuaikan dengan kelompok umur. “Ada juga untuk remaja, karena remaja juga potensial untuk terjadinya stunting, apalagi remaja yang anemia,” kaitannya.
Dorys menyebut, penyebab stunting di Kecamatan Kutasari umumnya karena pola makan yang kurang bergizi. Namun setelah dilakukan sosialisasi intervensi dengan makanan yang bergizi dan seimbang kasus stunting berkurang hingga 40 persen.
Untuk mewujudkan Ceting Sega ini dibutuhkan kerjasama lintas sektor, baik segi lingkungan, pendidikan dan makanan. Acara kali ini juga dilakukan penandatanganan komitmen bersama terkait Ceting Sega, yakni oleh Bupati, Ketua DPRD, Forkopimcam, Kepala Puskesmas, para Kepala Desa dan unsur masyarakat lainnya.
“Pemerintah pusat sudah mengalokasikan PMT melalui Dana Desa (DD) di setiap desa yakni PMT Penyuluhan atau untuk pencegahan stunting. Jika tidak bisa diatasi di desa baru diatasi di tingkat puskesmas melalui anggaran PMT Pemulihan stunting,” katanya.
Bupati Purbalingga Dyah Hayuning Pratiwi mengungkapkan bahwa Kecamatan Kutasari, khususnya Desa Karangaren sempat dijadikan pilot project percobaan Kemenkes dalam menurunkan stunting. Hasilnya kasus stunting bisa diturunkan 6 persen hingga dalam 6 bulan.
Saat ini angka stunting Purbalingga sebesar 15,1 persen. Pemerintah menargetkan pada tahun 2024 angka stunting bisa turun menjadi 14,4 persen. “Ini bukan suatu hal yang sulit menurut saya, harapan saya di tahun 2023 kita sudah bisa raih angka stunting 14,4 persen. Syukur lebih rendah dengan mereplikasi keberhasilan yang dilakukan di Karangaren.” kata Bupati.
